At Mirashome.pk, we are committed to delivering your unique, flat-packed, pre-assembled lamps and shades safely and efficiently across Pakistan. We understand the excitement of receiving your new lighting, and we strive to ensure a smooth shipping experience.
1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in Pakistan) after payment confirmation.
- For custom creations, please allow an additional 5-7 business days for production before the shipping timeframes begin. We will communicate the estimated production time for custom orders at the time of order confirmation.
2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Estimates
We partner PostEx for out of City deliveries. For deliveries within twin cities we deliver trough our own riders.
3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of your order, and your delivery address.

The exact shipping charges will be displayed clearly at checkout before you complete your purchase.

From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions. These will be clearly advertised on our website.
4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number and a link to the courier's website.

You can use this tracking number to monitor the status and progress of your shipment directly on the courier's platform.

If you do not receive a tracking email within 3 business days of your order confirmation, please check your spam/junk folder or contact us.
5. Delivery Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete at the time of checkout. This includes your full name, house/apartment number, street name, city, and correct postal code.

Mirashome.pk is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Any additional costs incurred due to incorrect address information (e.g., re-shipping fees) will be the responsibility of the customer.
6. Receiving Your Order

Upon delivery, please inspect your package carefully for any signs of damage before accepting it.

If you notice any damage to the packaging, please note it with the courier and, if possible, take photos before opening the package.

In case of a damaged or incorrect item, please refer to our Refund & Return Policy and contact us immediately.
7. Missing or Lost Packages

If your order tracking shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please check with your neighbors or building management.

If you are still unable to locate your package, please contact the courier service directly with your tracking number.

If the issue remains unresolved after contacting the courier, please reach out to our customer service team, and we will do our best to assist you in resolving the matter.
8. International Shipping
Currently, Mirashome.pk primarily focuses on serving customers within Pakistan. For international shipping inquiries, please contact us directly to discuss potential arrangements and associated costs. Please note that international shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees, which are the sole responsibility of the customer.
