At Mirashome.pk, we're dedicated to bringing you innovative, flat-packed, and pre-assembled lamps and shades that light up your home. We pride ourselves on our unique designs and the satisfaction of over 4,000 clients. Your happiness with your Mirashome.pk purchase is our priority, and we understand that sometimes a return or refund may be necessary. Please read our policy carefully to ensure a smooth process.
1. Eligibility for Returns
You can return an item if:
- It is damaged or defective upon arrival.
- It is not the product you ordered (e.g., wrong design or color).
- It is unused and in its original condition and packaging within 7 days of delivery.
Please note that custom-designed lamps/shades are not eligible for returns or refunds unless they arrive damaged or are not what was specified in your custom order.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery via email at miraslmaps@gmail.com or whatsapp at 03455097971. Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs or videos if the item is damaged or incorrect.
- Our customer service team will review your request and provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions on how to send back your item.
- Carefully package the item in its original packaging, including all accessories, and clearly mark the RAN on the package.
- Ship the item to the address provided by our team. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged, defective, or incorrect item).
4. Exchanges
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we are happy to offer an exchange for the correct product, subject to availability. Please follow the return initiation process outlined above and specify that you would like an exchange.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If your lamp or shade arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately upon delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs, once the issue is verified. Please provide clear photographs or videos of the damage to expedite the process.
